Jennifer Campbell’s journey with Beyond Violence began in 2004 when she joined as the Adult Counselor. Her passion for helping domestic violence and sexual assault survivors quickly became evident, and her impact was profound. In 2014, Jennifer’s dedication and leadership led her to take on the role of Executive Director, a position she has embraced with unwavering commitment.

With a degree in human services and specialized expertise in supporting survivors, Jennifer’s leadership has been transformative for Beyond Violence and the community it serves. Under her guidance, the organization has experienced significant growth, and awareness of Beyond Violence’s crucial work has spread far and wide.

One of Jennifer’s most remarkable achievements as Executive Director was her vision to expand the shelter, allowing it to house more women and children in need. Through her dedication and tenacity, she turned her vision into reality, and Beyond Violence’s bigger shelter now provides a safe haven for even more survivors. Her constant determination to fight for survivors and willingness to go the extra mile has made a profound impact on countless lives.

Adult Counselor-Tanya Gallagher- 

Tanya Gallagher is a dedicated counselor with a passion for empowering individuals to overcome challenges and embrace a brighter future. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human services, Tanya has been providing life-changing counseling services since 2016. Her commitment to helping clients transition from homelessness to sustainable careers has made a profound impact on their lives.

Certified as a Trauma-Competent Professional, Tanya brings a specialized approach to her counseling practice. She skillfully assists clients with setting goals and connects them to vital resources, ensuring they have the support they need to navigate their unique journeys. Tanya’s compassionate and empathetic nature creates a safe space for survivors, guiding them on the road to recovery.

Children’s Counselor- Hailey Welker

We are thrilled to introduce Hailey Welker as our Children’s Counselor at Beyond Violence Inc. Hailey holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bloomsburg University and is currently pursuing a master’s in criminal justice. Her passion for helping kids and love for meeting new people drive her work.

Hailey specializes in counseling child survivors of domestic and sexual violence, bringing expertise and compassion to her role. Administrative Assistant- Gail Titus

Gail Titus has been an invaluable part of Beyond Violence Inc. since April of 2009, dedicating over a decade of her life to serving our organization with unwavering commitment and enthusiasm. As the Administrative Assistant, Gail’s contributions and impact on the shelter have been immeasurable.

Gail’s strong work ethic and dedication to her role have never gone unnoticed.
