Jennifer Campbell
Executive Director
Jennifer Campbell began her journey with Beyond Violence in 2004 as an Adult Counselor, where her passion for helping domestic violence and sexual assault survivors quickly became evident. In 2014, her dedication and leadership led her to become Executive Director—a role she continues to embrace with unwavering commitment.
With a degree in human services and deep expertise in survivor support, Jennifer has transformed Beyond Violence and expanded its impact across the community. One of her most notable achievements was leading the expansion of the shelter, allowing it to serve more women and children in need. Her vision and determination turned this goal into a reality.
Jennifer is more than a leader—she’s an inspiration. Her compassion, tenacity, and relentless advocacy for survivors have touched countless lives and continue to drive the mission of Beyond Violence forward.
Tanya Gallagher is a dedicated counselor passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and build brighter futures. Since 2016, she’s provided life-changing support, particularly in helping clients transition from homelessness to sustainable careers. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in human services, Tanya is also a certified Trauma-Competent Professional.
With compassion and expertise, she helps clients set meaningful goals and connects them to essential resources. Her empathetic approach creates a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.

Gail Titus has been a vital part of Beyond Violence Inc. since April 2009, dedicating more than a decade to our mission with steadfast commitment and heart. As our Administrative Assistant, Gail’s behind-the-scenes contributions have been instrumental in shaping the supportive, welcoming environment we’re known for today.
Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and infectious energy bring positivity to the office every day. Gail’s spunky personality and genuine care for others create a warm atmosphere that uplifts both staff and visitors alike.
We are deeply grateful for Gail’s unwavering dedication and passion for making a difference. Her ongoing support continues to be a driving force in our work to empower survivors and build a future free from violence.

Brianne Steinruck serves as the Youth Counselor/Advocate at Beyond Violence, where she brings a compassionate and dedicated approach to working with children and teens. With a background in Early Childhood Education and certification in Trauma-Informed Care, Brianne is uniquely equipped to support young individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma.
Her passion for helping children is evident in everything she does. Brianne believes in creating a safe, supportive space where youth can begin to heal, build resilience, and reclaim their voices. She works closely with families and community partners to ensure each child receives the care and advocacy they need.
Brianne is honored to be part of the Beyond Violence team and is committed to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of the young people she serves.
